12 Week Program includes... 12 Semi-private Personal Training Sessions, Consultation, Bodyfat Analysis, Measurements, Full Diet Plan, Grocery List, Cardio Program, Supplememt List and photos.
Diet is the key to the success of your training regime. It is so important to include a balanced diet and lifestyle change as you transform your body to a healthier NEW YOU!
Together you will discuss your current eating habits, current physical activity, and you will be asked to provide a three day eating journal, We will be assessing your body fat composition, measurements and discussing your overall health and fitness goals.
We offer a full supplement line, featuring BSN, MRM and others to best assist you in achieving your goals.
After meeting with Chrissy and discussing your profile, you will be more knowledgeable in choices in of your daily living and routine.
